Head of Project Management Core Activities
Coordinates the progress of the Network's core activities for the Ecosystem & Co-creation, Mindset and Jobs streams. Defines timelines and costs of individual Network projects for corresponding OCG updates
Paola Nanci, a graduate in Environmental and Territorial Engineering at the Sapienza University of Rome, is an Eni Project Manager certified by PMI.
From 2012 to 2015, as Project Manager, she was responsible for the construction and commissioning of 4 new offshore platforms in the Adriatic Sea, managing relationships with partners and authorities.
In 2016, she was part of the site task force as PMO supporting strategic foreign natural resources projects located in Indonesia and Libya.
From 2017 to 2021, she took on the role of Intercompany Contracts and Cost Monitoring Manager in the DOT department.
From 2022 to 2023, she was Executive Project Manager for the digitisation of the Carbon Capture department.
