First came communications, then Open Innovation and sustainability.

With a degree in Cultural Heritage Conservation from the Sapienza University of Rome and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Mattia Voltaggio worked for more than 15 years at Eni as brand communication manager.

In 2016 he took on the position of officer of the Chief of Human Capital & Procurement Director. In 2020 he became manager of Joule, Eni's School for Enterprise, coordinating the main incubation and acceleration programmes for startups and launching entrepreneurial culture projects in Italy and abroad. From 2019 he is delegate for COTEC - Foundation for Innovation.
