In September 2024 he will hold the role of Chief Technology, Innovation & Digital Officer of Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.

From 2020 to 2024 he worked at Terna S.p.A., with the role of Chief Innovation & Information Officer. From 2022 to 2024 he served as CEO in Terna Forward, the Terna's company dedicated to technological innovation.

He joined Acea S.p.A in 2017 with the role of Head of CEO Office, Massimiliano Garri continued his professional path in the company until 2020, subsequently covering the role of Chief lnnovation & lnformation Officer and CEO in Acea lnnovation S.r.l.

From 2004 to 2017 he was Senior Manager first and then Partner (since 2012) at the consulting firm Business lntegration Partners S.p.A., working at the offices in Rome, Milan and Santiago del Chile.

From 1999 to 2004 he worked at Deloitte Consulting S.r.l., moving from the role of Senior Consultant for the Italian office, to that of Manager and subsequently as Senior Manager in the company's office in the Netherlands.

Previously, from 1991 to 1997, he held positions as Consultant, Project Leader and Senior Consulting respectively in Bull HN Sud S.p.A, Gruppo Formula S.p.A. and Andersen Consulting.

He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors in Avvenia, Terna Energy Solution and Tamini from 2020 to 2024.
