Ludovica is Head of Ecosystem & Co-Creation at ROAD. At Eni she works in open innovation, coordinating startup scouting & evaluation activities and designing tech validation and intrapreneurship initiatives. Before joining Eni, he obtained a PhD in Environmental Engineering, co-founded a university spinoff and held several positions in tech transfer, with the aim of exploiting research results and maximising their impact.
