He has a highly eclectic mindset, cultivated also through art, and especially music. He has followed a career path through as many different experiences, from human resources, with a special focus on organisational development, to the commercial sector, where he held positions in both operational analysis and retail sales. All the way up to environmental engineering, dealing with cross-sector support for environmental site activities (operations) and project engineering.

During the years, he pursued in parallel a process of further refining his skills through an extensive training course in process & project management, acquiring various professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Scrum Master). In 2021 he was appointed Head of ‘Workload and Standards’ at Eni Rewind, then integrating all area administrative management as well as the technical development of environmental permitting, the latter aimed at the authorisation procedures for all environmental projects.
