Born in 1968 in the United States, Enrico Resmini is a leading figure in the world of innovation and business transformation. With a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Milan Polytechnic and an MBA from INSEAD, he has built an international career characterised by strategic vision and an ability to drive growth in highly competitive and technological sectors such as telecommunications, media, and high-tech. Vision, strategy and executive skills characterise his profile.

A partner at McKinsey & Company since 2005, he led the Operations practice for the Mediterranean and contributed at European level in the Telecom and High Tech sectors, establishing himself as an expert in operational improvement and corporate reorganisation. His leadership also stood out in the evaluation committees for EMEA, where he selected and nurtured top talent.

In 2012, he took up an operational role in one of the leading telecommunications companies - Vodafone - initially leading the Residential Division and then focusing on Wholesale and Ultra Broadband business development. Subsequently, he moved to Vodafone Headquarters in London and led the Group's digital transformation across 20 countries.

From 2020 to 2023 he took on the role of Managing Director and General Manager of CDP Venture Capital, where he increased the capital under management from 230 million to over 4 billion euros, with a focus on investments in deep tech, digital transition, climate and industrial innovation. Since April 2024, he has been Chairman of Hype, Italy's leading fintech in digital payments innovation, and since August 2024 he has joined the Acea group with responsibility for developing non-regulated technologies and services in the Water, Energy and Environment markets.
