Annalisa Muccioli has been Head of Research & Technological Innovation at Eni since June 2024.

She is also President of Enivibes and a member of the Board of Directors of Plenitude and the National Biodiversity Future Centre.

She is a Management Engineer and joined Eni in 2010. Her journey began with the Medea Master, an MBA course provided by Eni.

She worked for 7 years in the Gas & Power business - first coordinating the foreign subsidiaries, then in the renegotiation of long-term gas contracts, up to the development of the LNG Portfolio - and from 2016 at the Office of the Eni CEO, where she spent 5 years, including 3 years as Office Manager. Subsequently in 2021, she became CEO of EniProgetti, the engineering company of Eni.
