Anna Emilia Cioppa is a licensed lawyer and since 2022 she has been the Manager of the “Corporate Administration and Governance of Non-Profit Entities and Branches and Coordination of Non-Centralised Corporate Administration Activities” unit in Eni SpA’s Corporate Affairs and Governance function.

She graduated with honours with a dissertation on bankruptcy law from the University of Parma and then qualified as a lawyer. She worked for several years with leading firms in Milan in the areas of intellectual property, corporate and commercial law.

In 2006 she joined Eni's legal office and worked on litigations and civil, commercial and corporate liability, while also acting as an advisor on intellectual property and non-profit.

Since 2012, she has been with Eni SpA's Corporate Affairs and Governance function and was the Manager of the “Eni SpA Corporate Governance Rules and Legislation” unit and later of Eni SpA’s “Corporate Administration Compliance and Corporate Reporting” unit.
