At the heart of the project is a new generation of professionals able to meet the challenges of the energy and digital transition. The Academy, aimed at the talents of the founding companies, focuses on a multidisciplinary approach, combining advanced technological training with managerial skills and sustainability.

• To become a reference point for responding to the current needs of companies and for the development of the skills and professions of the future;

• Deliver up-skill and re-skill training for corporate talent and identify new talent from the market, thus facilitating talent retention and attraction;

• Developing growth paths for resources, maximising opportunities for mobility within companies and creating alternative rewarding mechanisms;

• Maximising opportunities for exchange and collaboration between students, companies, ROAD and other international districts.

Topics include new digital technologies, sustainability and energy transition, innovation and venture building. In addition, ample space will be given to topics such as leadership and the development of soft skills, which are increasingly important in an ever-changing environment.
