On 16 April, at the Gazometro in Rome, ROAD will host SIOS25 ROAD - Connected Minds.

The event, the result of the renewed collaboration between ROAD and StartupItalia, will focus on the value of human interactions in innovation, as a lever to build resilient and inclusive ecosystems.

The morning will be dedicated to confidential thematic working tables, where stakeholders and experts will discuss priorities, challenges and opportunities in the main fields of economy and technology. The collected contributions will feed into the SIOS25 ROAD Manifesto, which will be presented in the afternoon during the plenary session.

On this occasion, the Job Transition Book, a strategic tool developed by ROAD to support companies in dealing with ecological and digital transitions, will also be presented. The Job Transition Book allows to map key competences required by the market and guide the transformation of job profiles, promoting employability and sustainable development.
