When the user visits the website roadlab.tech, ROAD - ROME ADVANCED DISTRICT, in the capacity website provider, uses cookies to ensure the functioning of the Website and to proceed to the analysis of aggregate data relating to the use of the Website.

On the Website, the Company uses the following:

  • technical cookies to (i) ensure the User the correct functioning of the Website; (ii) transmit communications on the network; (iii) allow the User to move through the Website and take advantage of the different functionalities (such as, by the way of example, accessing the different sections of the Website, remembering the user’s choices, etc.);

In the light of the type of cookies used, it is not necessary the consent of the Users for their installation on the Devices.

5. Recipients of the personal data
For the purposes indicated above, the Controller may communicate your personal data collected through cookies to third parties, such as:

  • Public Authorities;
  • companies forming the network of ROAD - ROME ADVANCED DISTRICT.
The communication of personal data to the aforementioned recipients will only concern data strictly necessary for the achievement of the specific purposes for which the above cookies are used and within the limits provided by law.

With reference to the personal data communicated to them, the recipients belonging to the above categories may operate, as appropriate, as data processors (and in this case they will receive appropriate instructions from the Controller) or as independent data controllers.
6. Transfer of personal data outside the European Economic Area
If it is necessary for the pursuit of the purposes related to the use of cookies mentioned above, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), also through the inclusion in databases shared and/ or managed by third companies that are part or not of the control perimeter of the Controller. The management of the database and the processing of such data are bound to the purposes for which they were collected and are carried out in full compliance with the standards of confidentiality and security set out in the applicable data protection laws.

Whenever your personal data are transferred internationally outside the EEA and, in particular, to States that do not benefit from an adequacy decision of the European Commission, the transfer will take place exclusively (i) after the signing of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission and the adoption of any further technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data and, anyway, at least equal to the one guaranteed within the EEA or (ii) in the presence of one of the conditions referred to in art. 49 GDPR.
7. Rights of the data subject
As Data Subject, you have the following rights over the personal data collected and processed by the Controller:

a) Right of access

You have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation that personal data concerning you are being processed or not and in the first case case, to obtain access to personal data and the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data processed; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if recipients are form third countries or corresponds to international organizations; (iv) where possible, the envisaged retention period for personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (v) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

b) Right to rectification

You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and, having regard to the purposes of the processing, the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including providing a supplementary statement. With reference to this purpose, we ask you to communicate to the Controller, using the contact details indicated in this cookie policy, any modification and/or update of your personal data processed always pursuant to this policy.

c) Right to erasure

You also have the right to obtain the erasure of your personal data, without undue delay, if there is one of the following reasons: (i) personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed; (ii) the data are processed unlawfully; (iii) you have revoked the consent under which the Controller had the right to process your personal data and there is no other legal basis that allows the Controller the processing activity; (iv) you have objected to the processing activity and there is no overriding legitimate reason; (v) personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation. However, the Controller has the right to disregard the exercise of the aforementioned right to erasurright to freedom of expression and information prevails or for the fulfilment of a legal obligation or to defend one’s right in court.

d) Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing when one of the following occurs: (i) it is necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data concerning you of which you have contested the accuracy; (ii) in the event of the unlawful processing of your personal data; (iii) even if your personal data are not necessary for the purposes of the processing, if the need arises for them to be processed for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (iv) for the period necessary to verify the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Controller with respect to your request for opposition to processing.

e) Right to data portability

You have the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device your personal data provided to the Company and processed by it on the basis of consent or in the context of the execution of the contract, and the right to transmit and/or have such data transmitted to another Data Controller without hindrance.

f) Right to object

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you for the legitimate interest of the Controller. The Controller is entitled to continue processing by demonstrating the existence of compelling legitimate reasons that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms.

 

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial recourse, the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority is also guaranteed (for Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) where you believe there is a breach of your rights regarding the protection of Personal Data.
