a) Right of access
You have the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation that personal data concerning you are being processed or not and in the first case case, to obtain access to personal data and the following information: (i) the purposes of the processing; (ii) the categories of personal data processed; (iii) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular if recipients are form third countries or corresponds to international organizations; (iv) where possible, the envisaged retention period for personal data or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; (v) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
b) Right to rectification
You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay and, having regard to the purposes of the processing, the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, including providing a supplementary statement. With reference to this purpose, we ask you to communicate to the Controller, using the contact details indicated in this cookie policy, any modification and/or update of your personal data processed always pursuant to this policy.
c) Right to erasure

You have the right to obtain from the Controller the restriction of processing when one of the following occurs: (i) it is necessary for the Controller to verify the accuracy of such personal data concerning you of which you have contested the accuracy; (ii) in the event of the unlawful processing of your personal data; (iii) even if your personal data are not necessary for the purposes of the processing, if the need arises for them to be processed for the establishment, exercise or defense of a right in court; (iv) for the period necessary to verify the possible prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Controller with respect to your request for opposition to processing.

You have the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device your personal data provided to the Company and processed by it on the basis of consent or in the context of the execution of the contract, and the right to transmit and/or have such data transmitted to another Data Controller without hindrance.
